Publish catalogues and product items

Storefronts, item templates, custom fields, groups, tags and item payments.

Step by step

    Open Catalogues and create a catalogue with a name, slug, template, logo, colours and introduction.

    Define reusable item fields, groups and tags before adding a large collection.

  3. 3

    Create items with name, slug, description, image, group and tags. Complete custom fields and pricing.

  4. 4

    Enable Accept payment only when the workspace payment connection is ready. Price fields labelled minor units use values such as 50000 for AED 500.

  5. 5

    Save the item and QR code. Keep the item active and publish the catalogue when ready.

  6. 6

    Preview the storefront and individual item pages, test QR links, and deactivate items you no longer want displayed.
