Configure workspace email delivery

Use your own service sender and verify delivery.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Settings → Email delivery and decide whether to use a workspace SMTP server.

  2. 2

    Enter host, port, encryption, sender name/email and the credentials provided by your email service.

  3. 3

    Save the delivery profile and send a test email.

  4. 4

    Check sender verification and spam folders if delivery is delayed. Keep the password private.

  5. 5

    When the workspace SMTP option is off, Qardora uses the available platform sender.
