Resolve problems and contact support
Check permissions, limits, delivery and request state before retrying.
Step by step
- 1
For a missing module or denied action, verify the active workspace, your permissions and the purchased plan’s included features.
- 2
For a pending Apps/MCP action, reopen the saved request and check status. Confirm only after reviewing the saved details; do not assume a timeout means nothing happened.
- 3
For voice or AI errors, check browser microphone access and connectivity. Report the request ID and error; a timed-out AZTCO request may retain a usage reservation until investigated.
- 4
For email, webhook or domain problems, review the module’s recorded status and follow its recovery instructions.
- 5
Open Support, create a ticket with the affected module, time, record/request ID and error message, then follow replies in the ticket.
- 6
Do not include API secrets, SMTP passwords, access tokens or private customer attachments unless an appropriate secure support process requests them.
